A great addition to your back of house equipment list is our upright freezer, which has a 12cu ft capacity. It is fully PAT tested, and has internal shelves, with adjustable temperature between -10 to -26 degrees. When it arrives at site, plug it in and leave the freezer for 3-4 hours to allow it to get down to temperature before using.
